Established in 2018, we the JHAROTEF a federation of Govt Employees of Jharkhand and an associate of National Movement for Old Pension Scheme (NMOPS), a common platform to listen voice of employees to implement pending demands under the National leadership of Shri Vijai Bandhu Ji & Shri Vikrant Singh Ji.
We believe in the power of unity, compassion, and commitment of employees of Govt of Jharkhand. Working as a team under the leadership of our dynamic president Shri Vikrant Singh, We are dedicated to implement the pending demands for the Justice, Equality, Social Security and welfare of Jharkhand Govt Employees.
Our primary mission has been already achieved on 1st September 2022 under the leadership of Shri Vikrant Singh Ji with the implementation of old pension scheme by CM of Jharkhand Shri Hemantran Ji who had announced about it on the stage of JHAROTEF during pension Jay Ghosh Mahasammelan on 26th June 2022 and pension Sangharsh Maharaili 29th September 2019. Now we are committed to our chartered of demands along with to get back the amount deposited in NSDL, fix 62 years age of retirement MACP for teachers..
